Rodrigo Uprimny
Rodrigo Uprimny Yepes is a Colombian lawyer who holds a Doctorate of Political Economy from the Amiens Picardie University, a Masters in Juridical Sociology from the University of Paris II, and a Masters in Socioeconomic Development from the University of Paris I. He is currently the director of the Center for the Study of Law, Justice, and Society (DeJuSticia), and a professor of constitutional law, human rights, and theory of the state at the National University of Bogotá. He was an auxiliary magistrate of the Constitutional Court. He has written many articles on human rights, constitutional law, drug trafficking, and drug policy. (Curriculum Vitae)
