- Forced crop eradication;
- Traditional/ Medicinal/ Alternative uses of controlled plants;
- Sustainable Rural Development and political economy;
- Drugs and Conflict

All these topics will be addressed from a Human Rights perspective.

The outcome of the Forum will be fed into aiming at influencing the outcomes of the United Nations General Assambly Special Session (UNGASS), that will address global drug policies, to be celebrated in New York in April 2016.

At the same time, the forum will be used to construct and consolidate networks of regional and interregional exchange between grassroots organizations of farmers and their organizations and other stakeholders to be vocal in stemming the drug policy debate into one that aims at sustainable solutions to the issue.
